Přeji krásný dobrý den.
Měl bych dotaz co to je ten Crafting, jak na to, co pro to je potřeba. Jestli by mi to nemohl nějaký zkušený hráč vysvětlit.

Just a few questions that are getting asked a lot in /advice or /trade at the moment.

1) How does crafting work?
Big question. Here's an overview. Read this all before starting any of it.

All crafting requires Essences. Some, like Greater Good Essences, drop mostly in quests and as end rewards for mid to high level quests. Others, such as Lesser Good Essences, are mostly acquired through destroying items in the Crafting Hall's Item Deconstructor.

I currently recommend that you value Greater essences (of any type) at 2000-3000 platinum, and lesser essences at 1/10th of that amount. This will change drastically over time.

You'll need quite a lot of Essences to make anything even remotely decent, but you can begin Deconstructing items right away. Deconstructing an item requires you to purchase special ingredients from a vendor in the crafting hall. I recommend that you purchase 100 of each of the Leading Dissolver and Ultimate Removers, and put them into your inventory (not an ingredient bag) for easy access. Initially ignore the Liquid Knife and Dusts of Disjunction - we'll come to them in the final steps.

If you have an item you would otherwise dump on a vendor, and want to deconstruct it instead, put it into the Item Deconstructor and you will be given up to four options of things you can do to it to use it for crafting. Let's say you have a +2 Flaming Burst Byshek Handaxe of Lesser Lawful Outsider Bane and are sure you don't want it. Put it into the Deconstructor and you will have these options:

Leading Dissolver: This destroys the item, returning some of the materials needed to make a Flaming Burst item - this will return quite a number of Fire essences. (You get quite a lot because the crafting system considers Flaming Burst a powerful prefix)
Ultimate Dissolver: This destroys the item, returning some of the materials needed to make a Lesser Lawful Outsider Bane item - a pitiful number of Chaos essences. (Very few, because LLOB is considered a weak suffix).
Dust of Disjunction: This removes all magical effects from the item, leaving a Byshek Handaxe that can have other shards put on it. We'll come to this in the final step. The best items to Disjunct are Silver weapons and Mithril armor that are not otherwise useful (example: +2 Seeker 6 Silver Khopesh of Human Bane; +2 Mithril Full Plate of Moderate Fortification). Important Note: Disjunction does NOT remove Guild Augment Slots, and does NOT unbind items. It DOES remove race requirements and the associated reduction in minimum level.
Liquid Knife: This destroys the item, and extracts the '+2' as an enhancement spirit. Don't go overboard doing this - you only need at most one enhancement spirit to craft an item, but you will need a lot of essences.

Note that with any of these options, the item that has been deconstructed is irrevocably lost. You can't deconstruct an item that is locked in your inventory.

The essences you obtained from this process are used to create Shards, which store one particular ability that you can put onto an item - for example, you can make a "Fire Touch Shard" which, when put on a weapon, adds 1 fire damage to attacks you make with that weapon. Better versions of this ability (Flaming or Flaming Burst) require quite a bit more crafting skill to create.

To create a shard, go to the 'Bound Shards' crafting tool, and look through the list of recipes for one you want. These will list both the crafting level required to make them, and your current chance to craft them. You will need to make quite a lot of low-level shards before you can make anything even remotely decent; these shards will clog up your ingredients bag.

You can attempt a recipe that's up to 10 crafting levels higher than you are. However, you will have a moderate failure chance - on a failure, some but not all of your materials will be wasted.

Items can have at most THREE shards put onto them - a 'prefix', a 'suffix', and (weapons/armor only) an Enhancement Bonus. Once you have one to three shards created, you are almost ready to create your item.

2) OK, can you give me an example?
Let's say you want to create a +2 Vicious Flametouched Iron Khopesh of Lesser Evil Outsider Bane to use on Evil Outsiders that don't have a fancy DR, such as trash mobs in Devil Assault elite. This can be crafted with a pretty low crafting level.

Firstly, you'll need a bunch of Chaotic Essences (lesser and greater) to make a Vicious shard. You can get Chaotic Essences from quests, end rewards, and from using the Leading Dissolver on Anarchic, Anarchic Burst or True Chaos weapons (among others); or from using the Ultimate Remover on Lawful Outsider Bane weapons. Once you've crafted this shard, we are partway there. Go to the Bound Shard crafting device, and type 'Vicious' in the search field - it will show you the materials required. If you attempt to make the shard and fail, try again.

Secondly, you'll need a bunch of Good essences for the shard of the LEOB suffix. The best things to break down for Good essences are Deathblock, Holy, and Holy Burst items, as well as Devotion or Ardor items. You will also need some pretty minor collectables for this shard; again, the crafting device will tell you which. If you can't make this shard yet, you need to level up your crafting skill (Divine) first.

Thirdly, you'll need a Flametouched Iron Khopesh. And not just any Flametouched Iron Khopesh, but one that has been Disjuncted in the Deconstruction device.

Finally, you'll need a +2 shard - acquired from a single +2 enhancement spirit (a Liquid Knife potion and the +2 Padded Armor that you got off the Auction House for pennies) and quite a number of Arcane essences. Among other things, Arcane essences can be harvested from Spell Penetration items and Superior Efficacy clickies.

3) Where are the Greater Bane shard recipes?
Crafting is in Beta at the moment. These will (probably) be added later.

4) I got this (insert special ingredient here) from a Necro 4/Threnal/Red Fens/other quest end reward, what is it used for?
Nothing at the moment. Keep it; it may be useful later.

5) Where's the Unbound Shards crafting device?
Not existent yet. Coming Soon (TM). There is no official information on when Soon (TM) might be.

6) What's the maximum crafting level?
50 at the moment, 75 Coming Soon (TM).

7) What's the best stuff we can craft?
For melees at the moment, probably +4 Holy Silver of Evil Outsider Bane or the same in Cold Iron. When level 75 unlocks, probably +4 Holy Silver of Greater Lawful Outsider Bane, +2 Holy Burst Silver of GLOB, or +3 Holy Silver of Improved Destruction (depending upon what you need, and again, also available in anti-Demon flavours).
For arcane/divine casters: Nothing overly special yet, although some trinket options may be interesting.

8 ) I see "Greater False Life", "Heavy Fortification", "+6 Stat" and "Fire Absorb 33%" shards in the item creator, but can't see how to make these shards. How do I?
At the moment, you can't. Possibly Coming Soon (TM). Possibly linked to question 4 as well.

9) What items do you recommend deconstructing to get the best results?
Look for the following affixes:
Deathblock
Resist XXX element: 30
Shatter 10
Seeker 10
Tendon Slice 10
Skill +9 or more (e.g. Bracers of Heal +11)
+5 or higher stat items (obviously don't deconstruct ones that are worth wearing like +6 Con rings)
Superior Efficacy 6+
Greater Potency 4+

10) What's the quickest way to the Crafting Hall?
Teleport if you can. Otherwise, set your bind point to the House K tavern, and /death there.

11) I want to level up crafting on a budget (i.e. I'm not rolling in platinum). Any tips?
Farm high level content that has lots of chests (Inspired Quarter, Vale slayer, A New Invasion in a good group, Shroud, non-completion ADQ1 epic in a top-notch group). Deconstruct everything that you would never be able to sell on the AH and that offers at least what the crafting device calls 'level 3' returns. Vendor the rest.
Then, craft the cheapest shards that you can (in materials cost), and among equally cheap recipies, choose the one with the highest crafting XP. Don't be afraid to craft recipies that you have a chance of failure for.
Don't make more than 3 or 4 of any one shard unless you have a good reason to. There are sharply diminishing XP returns for making the same shard over and over.
Your limiting factor will be Greater Essences, you should have more than enough Lesser Essences.

12) I want to level up crafting. I'm rolling in platinum. Any tips?
Offer in /trade to buy Greater Essences for 2000pp each and use these to turbocharge your levelling.
Your limiting factor will be Lesser Essences. Players will often have these in overabundance from deconstructing items; trade/buy them on the cheap.

13) I want to level up crafting, but am nervous I'll lose all my progress if I TR. What happens if I do?
It's presently the design intention that you keep crafting XP through TRing. I cannot personally confirm that you do at the present time but believe you do.

14) What sort of minimum level will my crafted goodies have?
Applying a shard ups the minimum level by a set amount (the item crafting device will tell you how much).
Non-armor, non-weapon items will have the same minimum level as non race required items from random lootgen.
Armor and weapons will be 1 ML higher than usual. Don't get rid of your +1 Holy Maul of Undead Bane, RR halforc, ML6 - this system will not let you craft better.
